This elegant and sophisticated chime produces a soft, welcoming sound.

The numerous copper-plated disks of this chime exhibit a motif reminiscent of the Art Deco style which reached the height of its popularity in the 1920s and 30s. Intended to be functional and modern, yet elegant and sophisticated, the Art Deco style was expressed in everything from automobiles to architecture. In fact, the Chrysler Building in New York City, one of the most iconic examples of Art Deco architecture, incorporates elements of the automobile - giant replicas of Chrysler hood ornaments and radiator caps - into the ornamentation of the building itself. The Art Deco movement quickly became a global phenomenon, and its influence can still be felt today.

This chime has long strings that may tangle in strong winds. You may prefer to hang it in a sheltered area or indoors.
