You can shop with confidence at ChimesInTheWind.com.  If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the wind chimes less shipping costs.  In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for refund instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Warranties 

All itmes, are warranted directly by the manufacturer.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by ChimesInTheWind.com.  ChimesInTheWind is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse or mistreatment of item(s).  Items which are reported as devective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Reports filed after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discression of Chimes in the Wind at no charge.

Shipping  

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days for the date your order is received.  Orders are usually shipped via UPS or USPS and actual delivery times will vary according to your Delivery Zone.  (the average transit time for UPS is 5-10 business days)  Any item that is "out of stock" will be placed on backorder and than shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE $9.99 ON ALL ORDERS, AN EXTRA $2.00 SHIPPING WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE $12.99 ON ALL ORDERS, AN EXTRA $3.00 SHIPPING WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

Canada Shipping 

The total shipping charge will be $19.99 + $3.00 for each additional itme shipped to Canada.

Taxes 

Chimes In The Wind is a Florida company.  If your order is shipped to any location within the state of Florida, you will be charged an additional 6.5% state sales tax.

Cancellations
